For the past 15 years we have come to work every day to provide hospitality to our tenants and their guests. We work hard to provide a clean, well-maintained, comfortable and beautiful space at a fair price. It is a pleasant and low-stress work environment.
Many of our tenants are required to operate within HIPPA compliance guidelines. We are comfortable and experienced working with you to meet this enhanced security framework. We’ll greet your guests, handle intake paperwork, and assist with parking validation.

We provide a smart and helpful full-time reception staff, faxes and copy machines. We make your guests feel welcome, sort your incoming mail, receive your packages, and assist your guests with signing in for the free parking.
