The University Business Center provides full-service office space in Seattle for an active community of accountants, doctors, lawyers, therapists, and many others.
We are a small, locally-owned business that has operated for over 15 years. We take pride in the strong sense of community we build with our tenants and their clients. You’ll be greeted every day by the same receptionist, and the owner works on-site in the building. We have a long history of helping people start their ventures and love helping build your business or practice.
We provide a smart and helpful full-time reception staff, faxes and copy machines. We make your guests feel welcome, sort your incoming mail, receive your packages, and assist your guests with signing in for the free parking.
We occupy 20,000 square feet of comfortable, art-filled space on the third floor. There are views from many of the offices. Bathrooms are clean and there are conference rooms and a shared kitchen for your use. You have secure 24/7 access. The common areas are cleaned several times daily and a professional service cleans the entire facility, including your office, three nights a week.
UBC is currently home to more than 40 different firms and practices — lawyers, doctors, software engineers, therapists, accountants and more — a supportive and friendly group of neighbors!
